Volume 8: The Rule of Lwa released to print!

Mill Avenue Vexations Volume 8: The Rule of Lwa by Kyt Dotson has officially been released to print! It will soon be available for order in our online store. (Note: there will, once again, be a special edition release of this volume with a cover printed in color, but it will probably cost around $10 and a very limited number will be made.)

They were actually released last Friday onto Mill Ave, but I didn't get a chance to make an official notice to that effect—so this is it. The full color versions are glorious and display Rebecca Gunter's cover artwork in its stunning countenance; and on the back Julia Maximova's rendering of Vex Harrow, which has inspired me to come up with a Vex Harrow Demotivator Poster.

With this release there will be something of a hiatus of releases as we get the next four volumes, a comic book, and at least one tribute volume ready for the next publication cycle. That cycle will begin anew come autumn and October. In the meantime, little tidbits of other projects and teasers will probably be produced to keep everyone's attentions.

Come out to Mill Ave and get one on Saturday April 12th and April 19th to get one! These are the last two chances this year, unless you want to buy one from the store! While supplies last!

And the Volume 6, Writing on the Wall, color cover edition with special bookmarks should be available in less than two weeks, as it will be shipped to Kyt by next Thursday. There were some production issues. (It's hard to get things done when dealing with drama, then working 24 hours in a row. Sorry, guys.)
Production will then start on Volume 7, then 8. Both of those should be done within a month if Vex and Kyt are ready.

Yay! Before we know it, the series will be done. Then we can do a compendium! Smile

And then bug the Meow to write us more stuff about Vex, because we love her.
